It asks for the records behind any decision to change who holds quality-assurance responsibility for Qualification 50480, South Africa&#8217;s firearm competency training standard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We asked for those answers directly, in writing, and repeatedly. When none came, we turned to the law. QCTO acknowledged the application within a day and has committed to attending to it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We believe decisions that affect every lawful firearm owner should be open to scrutiny.
